Portfolio Recovery is a fraudulent scam, disguised as a collection agency to avoid Do Not Call policies. This is fraud. A collection agency is required by law to use the postal service. Portfolio Recovery calls hundreds of times each day from a variety of spoofed numbers. This is harassment. I have no debt. Portfolio Recovery is just a scam, phishing for data, money, and identity. You can stop them. You monitor every call, every website, every keystroke, and every conversation near a smart device of law abiding citizens. Yet, you do not stop Portfolio Recovery's fraud and harassment.
