Automated call allegedly from US Treasury, assessment action against my name, Federal Criminal Offense, Hope to hear from you before charges are pressed...
Clever but can't imagine the US Treasury would ever send out a message like that, ho, ho.

Same as others. Computer generated message, nothing specific, claiming pending federal action for tax fraud and advising us to call a number or be arrested.

I just received a call from them; they claim to be with the United States Treasurer's Office and there is a claim against me and if I didn't give them information I could go to jail... What a Scam! they need their phone lines cut!!!

Computer message saying I need to call a certain number there is,a tax fraud claim pending against me.

i was called by this number saying it was my final notice for responding to their call before a legal action would be taken against me for committing tax fraud. No name is stated, no legal firm is stated, they just say I need to respond before I am arrested.

Rec'd a recorded message - it was a computer generated message - stating that I owe money and I must call this number back or I will be arrested or taken to "Federal Claim Court". Even the computer generated message has bad English sentence structure. I guess the scammers have gotten smarter and instead of using their own voices, they have a computer generated message that sounds more "American".
